Treat dry cough and phlegm cough
What does honey cure? Using honey to treat cough is a folk remedy that many people have used and achieved remarkable results. Here are some ways to use honey or how to treat coughs with honey that you can apply:
Honey recipe steamed with chives. Wash chives, drain and chop finely into a bowl. Pour in honey and bring to a water bath or steam rice. Once cooked, mash and eat. This cough treatment is very effective if you have phlegm or have the flu.
Kumquat honey remedy. Choose 3-4 blueberries, wash them, put them in a small bowl. Pour honey to cover the kumquats and steam in a rice cooker (or water bath) for about 15 minutes.
